Paul’s Heart for the Foundation
“Paul Evans, founder of Youth Dynamics, and his wife, Connie Evans, had a dream for the ministry. In 1996, during a lunch with Paul, he shared with me the dream of creating a foundation to fund the ministry outreach to youth for generations in the future. After 30 years, it is now time for the Youth Dynamics Foundation to become a reality of this dream.”

Meet Bronco Huge
Bronco Huge began serving on Youth Dynamics staff in 1983. During his time with Youth Dynamics, he and his wife, Jo, have faithfully served across five different communities in Washington. In 2026, as the Foundation launched, God led Bronco into his new role as Youth Dynamics Foundation Director. He is passionate about seeing Youth Dynamics’ impact extend far beyond this generation. As Bronco says, “It’s the gift that keeps on giving, even beyond your lifetime.”
